Rates & Policies

  • Hourly Rate: $300 per hour + cost of food.

  • Event Minimum: $2,000 minimum per event booking.

  • Retainer Deposit: $1,000 upfront retainer to lock in your calendar date.

  • Final Payment: Due 24 hours before your event + $1,000 incidentals buffer.

Holidays should be spent celebrating with loved ones, not stuck in the kitchen shopping, cooking, and scrubbing pans. Let our expert culinary team handle the entire menu planning and execution for all your luxury holiday events from the Eastside to the Sound.

Eligible Holidays
Holiday rates and booking policies apply to the following calendar dates:

  • Fall & Winter: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

  • Spring & Summer: Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and June 30th–July 10th.

Rates & Booking Policies

  • Holiday Hourly Rate: $500 per hour + cost of food.

  • 4th of July Week Premium: $500 per hour + cost of food.

  • Late-Year Premium Season: All events booked between November 15th and December 30th are billed at a premium rate of $500 per hour.

  • Holiday Event Minimum: $4,000 minimum per holiday event.

  • Holiday Deposit: $2,500 upfront deposit required to lock in your reservation (or ½ the estimated total cost for multi-day bookings).

The ultimate luxury solution for busy Puget Sound families, tech executives, or anyone who wants to completely skip the stress of cooking and grocery shopping without sacrificing clean eating.

We effortlessly accommodate any dietary preference, including conventional/standard, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, and low-carb lifestyles.

How It Works

  1. Plan Your Menu: Choose your custom meals, portion sizes, and quantities via text or email a few days before your scheduled weekly slot.

  2. We Shop & Cook: We pick up fresh, locally sourced groceries on our way over, cook the meals fresh directly in your kitchen, and clean up completely.

  3. Enjoy Your Week: We store your prepped dishes neatly in your fridge with clear re-heating instructions. Healthy dining doesn't get easier than that!

Scheduling & Rates
Clients are locked into a dedicated, recurring weekly day and time slot to respect the busy schedules of all our regular regional clients.

  • Weekly Rate: $150 per hour (covers travel, professional grocery shopping, on-site cooking, and cleanup).

  • Minimum Booking: 4-hour minimum per weekly kitchen visit.

  • Deposit Policy: No upfront deposit required for recurring clients!

Bartending Services

Hire an experienced Bartender for your next event! We provide all the garnishments, mixers, sodas, etc. You provide the liquor/beer/wine. You will want to budget 1 Bartender per 100 guests. Rates are charged for travel time, set up and clean up.

Waitstaff Services

Planning a large party and you’re in need of some help to pass hor d'oeuvres and cocktails? We have you covered! We can provide you with professionally dressed, friendly and experienced waitstaff. Rates are charged per person, including travel time, set up and clean up time.
