Here are just some ideas you can choose from for your next dinner party! All items can be customized to your liking. We can also accommodate Vegetarian or Vegan guests by altering some ingredients in each dish. Everything can be made Gluten Free as well!

Cooked to your preferred temperature, served with a red wine Demi-glace, seasonal vegetables and Yukon gold mashed potatoes
