How it works:

Meals made from scratch, cooked every week and delivered to your door! Let us do the cooking and cleaning for you. We accommodate many different dietary needs and restrictions. We offer A LOT of Gluten-Free options. Plus we have FREE delivery to all areas in Spokane and Coeur D’Alene, orders of $150+ (per week) get free delivery, otherwise there is a $15 delivery charge. Each week has to have a $150 minimum, our system will give you free delivery if you check out with $150, even if it's 4 different weeks, but we will invoice you for the delivery fee if it is less than $150 purchased for that week. It takes a lot of time to make and deliver meals, and some people have used this "cheat" but it is simply not worth our time to cook and deliver only 1 meal per week to clients. Please ensure you are purchasing just 1 week per checkout, if you are going to be less than the $150 needed for free delivery. 

Some meals are customizable, you can select your main dish and a side of your choosing to accompany it. So you can keep it low carb, gluten free, dairy free, or however you wish! You may select any number of dishes, sides and serving sizes. All meals will be delivered in reheat-able containers and with reheating instructions. Meals are good in the fridge for 7 days. 

Meals will be prepared in our commercial kitchen and delivered to your door between 10am-2pm on Mondays. Currently all orders, for all areas, are on Mondays.

Meals must be purchased by Saturday, for the upcoming Monday delivery. You are free to purchase the whole month of meals at one time if you wish, so you won’t have to remember the deadline every week! 

The main course menu will change every week, but we will always be offering the same popular sides and snacks. Every week we have several main course options to accommodate all dietary needs, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Low Carb, etc.

** Please note: We are not responsible for food that was not stored properly, properly reheated and/or cooked after we deliver. Most meals are good for 7 days in the fridge, but some are only good for up to 3 days in the fridge (seafood). We will provide you with that information on your instructions. If you will not consume it within the time frame given, the meals are able to be frozen. We list common allergens on all of the meals (gluten, dairy, soy, tree nuts, peanuts), but there may be some ingredients not listed in the description. If you have an allergy to a food, please email us and we can give you the complete list of ingredients in your meal choices and make note of the allergy on your purchase.
